We’re a growing early-stage startup with a working product, and strong market traction. Our biggest challenge now is sales: finding and converting B2B customers who need our solution. That’s where you come in.
Your Mission
You’ll take full ownership of the sales and customer acquisition process — from defining the sales strategy to closing deals. This is not just a “sales job.” You’ll be building the go-to-market playbook for a deep-tech startup entering the fashion and e-commerce market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear B2B SaaS sales strategy focused on SMEs, fashion brands, and online retailers.
- Identify, reach out, and convert potential clients (fashion brands, design houses, e-commerce stores, marketing agencies).
- Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline and track performance in CRM tools.
- Create and deliver effective sales materials, demos, and pitches together with the founders.
- Set up outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, cold email, industry platforms).
- Conduct product demos, handle objections, and close contracts.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the product team to improve onboarding and user experience.
- Work closely with the CEO on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Who You Are
- You’ve sold B2B SaaS products before — ideally in early-stage startups.
- You have a proven track record of closing deals and generating new business.
- You understand the SaaS sales funnel, from lead generation to retention.
- You know how to build and manage outreach automation, CRM, and lead qualification workflows.
- You’re confident in cold outreach, LinkedIn lead generation, and email prospecting.
- You can clearly explain complex tech (AI/ML, computer vision, virtual try-on) to non-technical customers.
- You have experience in fashion tech, marketing tech, or e-commerce (a big plus).
- You are self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- You enjoy working in a startup environment and want to build something from scratch.
Requirements & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
- Experience in startup or early-stage company sales roles.
- Strong understanding of sales tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Excellent written and spoken English (other languages are a plus).
- Experience in fashion, AI, or e-commerce technology preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.

Compensation
Base + Commission / Equity options (depending on experience and structure).
