Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Operations team and support data-driven decision-making across our platform. You’ll analyze business processes, gather requirements, and provide insights to optimize our AI and data solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for product and engineering teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements using data modeling and process mining techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and technical experts, to align initiatives with Aldataset’s data-driven objectives.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance our AI platform offerings.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track performance and support continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback, validate assumptions, and prioritize features or enhancements.
- Support project management by creating timelines, risk assessments, and progress reports using agile methodologies.
- Analyze user data and trends to provide insights that drive product roadmap and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and contribute to quality assurance processes.
- Foster a collaborative culture through clear communication, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, ideally in data platforms, AI, or tech industries.
- Proficiency in business modeling tools (e.g., UML), process improvement methods, and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and requirement elicitation.
- Familiarity with agile practices, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), and cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-impact results in a dynamic environment.
- Genuine passion for the company's mission and its hybrid technology and operational nature.
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, or AI concepts is a plus.
