Your Role:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Expert, you will spearhead our digital marketing efforts, crafting and executing compelling campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You’ll design and manage digital strategies across various platforms to enhance our online presence, attract potential investors, and fuel the growth of our fund. From social media management to content creation and SEO, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our success in the cryptocurrency market.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to promote our cryptocurrency hedge fund and financial services.
 • Manage and optimize our online presence across channels like social media, email marketing, paid ads (Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Discord), and content platforms.
 • Create engaging content tailored to our target audience, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
 • Lead SEO and SEM efforts to boost search engine visibility and attract high-quality traffic.
 • Analyze marketing data (traffic, conversions, ROI) to fine-tune strategies for optimal performance and lead generation.
 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, finance) to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business goals.
 • Stay informed about trends in cryptocurrency, DeFi, and blockchain technology to seize new growth opportunities.
 • Manage partnerships and influencer relationships to enhance brand awareness in the crypto and financial communities.
 • Oversee paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, including crypto-specific advertising networks.

Qualifications & Skills:

 • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years of experience leading a digital marketing team; experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services sectors preferred.
 • Master’s degree in marketing, management, or a related field.
 • Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
 • Expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and data-driven content marketing.
 • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, DeFi, and emerging financial technologies.
 • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and major ad platforms.
 • Experience with paid advertising strategies.
 • Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, engaging content.
 • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting marketing data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
 • Creative thinker with a knack for bringing fresh ideas to the table.
 • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
 • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
