مسئولیت‌ها:

• نظارت بر عملیات روزانه واحد حسابداری و اطمینان از صحت و دقت تمامی گزارشات مالی.
• تدوین و تنظیم گزارش‌های مالی و ارسال آنها به مدیریت ارشد.
• مدیریت فرایند بستن ماهیانه و سالیانه حساب‌ها.
• تهیه و اجرای مدل‌های مالی برای تحلیل و پیش‌بینی درآمدها و هزینه‌ها.
• برقراری ارتباط با حسابرسان خارجی و داخلی برای اطمینان از روند درست حسابرسی.
• بهبود مداوم سیستم‌ها و فرآیندهای داخلی برای افزایش کارایی و دقت مالی.

شرایط احراز:

• تخصص و تجربه در حسابداری و امور مالی.
• مهارت‌های قوی گزارشگیری و مدلسازی مالی.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم و نمایندگی شرکت در جلسات تخصصی.

As the head of accounting at Salam Exchange, you are responsible for leading and managing all accounting and financial matters of the company. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data and compliance with the company's financial and accounting standards. You will collaborate with various teams to implement optimal financial and accounting solutions.

Roles:

• Lead and oversee the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial procedures and controls to enhance financial integrity.
• Prepare and present financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage financial audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to financial reporting and practices.
• Lead financial modeling efforts to facilitate informed business decisions.
• Utilize systems for advanced financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting or related fields, demonstrating leadership competence.
• Strong proficiency in financial accounting and financial modeling.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for complex financial analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
