مدیر کنترل کیفیت | Quality Control Manager

شرح شغل:

• ایجاد، توسعه و اجرای فرآیندهای کنترل کیفیت.
• نظارت بر فعالیت‌های بازرسان کنترل کیفیت و کارشناسان آزمایشگاه جهت اطمینان از رعایت استانداردها.
• نظارت بر انجام آزمون‌های مواد اولیه و حین تولید و محصول نهایی طبق روش‌های اجرایی مصوب شده.
• تایید کیفیت برای ورود مواد اولیه و خروج محصول نهایی.
• شناخت استانداردها و مشخصات و ویژگی‌های مواد اولیه و محصول و ایجاد بانک اطلاعاتی استاندادهای مورد نیاز واحد.
• هماهنگی‌های مربوطه جهت کالیبراسیون تجهیزات با طرفین برون‌سازمانی - نظارت و تایید نتایج کالیبراسیون تجهیزات اندازه‌گیری.
• تعیین نیازهای آموزشی کارکنان کنترل کیفیت و پیگیزی جهت برگزاری دوره آموزشی.
• ثبت و مستندسازی نتایج طبق استاندارد 17025 و GMP.
• اطمینان و صحه‌گذاری از کارآمد بودن تجهیزات اندازه گیری.
• استخدام و آموزش کارکنان کنترل کیفیت.
• حضور در جلسات و همکاری با واحدهای مرتبط.
• ارزیابی عملکرد تامین‌کنندگان.
• نظارت بر شناسایی و ردیابی محصول و نحوه اجرای آن.
• ارتباط و گزارش‌دهی به ذینفعان در خصوص مسائل کیفیت مواد اولیه و محصول.
• کنترل محصول نامنطبق شامل تعیین تکلیف اقلام نامنطبق ورودی، محصول نیمه‌ساخته و محصول نهایی.
• کنترل و تعیین تکلیف موجودی‌های قرنطینه با همکاری سایر واحدهای مرتبط.
• پیگیری مستمر فعالیت‌ها تا تحقق نتایج.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها.
• ارسال گزارش کتبی به بالاترین مقام مسئول در صورت بروز هرگونه عدم انطباق کیفیت.

شرایط احراز:

مهارت‌های تخصصی و نرم‌افزارهای مورد نیاز:

• مسلط به استانداردهای 17025 و GMP.
• شناخت انواع سورفکتان‌ها و مواد اولیه مرتبط.
• شناخت انواع دستگاه‌های آزمایشگاهی مرتبط.

Creating, Developing and Implementing Quality Control Processes - Supervision of Quality Control Inspectors and Laboratory Experts to ensure standards - Monitoring of raw materials and during production and final product in accordance Primary and Final Product Exit - Understanding Standards and Characteristics and Properties of Raw and Products and Creating Database Required Standards - Related Coordination for Calibration of Equipment with External Organization Parties - Monitoring and Confirming Calibration Results Measurement Equipment - Determining Employee Educational Needs Quality Control and Conflict Control to Holding Training - Registering and Documenting Results in accordance with Standard 17025 and GMP - Confirmation of the efficiency of the measurement equipment - Employment and Training of Quality Control Employees - Attending and collaborating with relevant units - Suppliers' performance evaluation - Monitoring Product Identification and Tracking and How to Implementation - Relationship and Reporting Stakeholders on Raw and Product Quality Issues - Inappropriate product control including inappropriate input items, semi -made product, final product - control and inventory assignment Quarantine in collaboration with other relevant units - continuous follow -up of activities until the results - data analysis - submit written report to the highest authority in the event of any non -compliance.
