شرکت نفت کسری، فعال در حوزه پالایش و صادرات فرآورده‌های هیدروکربنی، در راستای توسعه ساختار اجرایی خود در سایت مینی‌ریفاینری، از افراد باتجربه و حرفه‌ای برای موقعیت مدیر کارخانه دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.

شرح موقعیت شغلی:

مدیر کارخانه مسئول مستقیم کلیه عملیات اجرایی، فنی، اداری و پشتیبانی در سایت کارخانه می‌باشد. این نقش نظارت کامل بر تولید، منابع انسانی کارخانه، ایمنی، نگهداری تجهیزات، انبار، لجستیک داخلی، و اجرای برنامه‌های عملیاتی روزانه را بر عهده دارد و حلقه اتصال میان دفتر مرکزی و عملیات میدانی محسوب می‌شود.

وظایف اصلی:
• مدیریت و نظارت بر کلیه فعالیت‌های روزمره کارخانه (تولید، تعمیرات، ایمنی، لجستیک داخلی و منابع انسانی)
• نظارت بر اجرای صحیح برنامه‌های تولید، نگهداری و بازرسی تجهیزات
• اطمینان از رعایت کامل استانداردهای ایمنی، زیست‌محیطی و کیفیت در تمام سطوح
• هدایت تیم‌های عملیاتی و فنی، رفع موانع اجرایی و ایجاد نظم در شیفت‌ها
• مدیریت ارتباط و هماهنگی بین کارخانه و دفتر مرکزی شرکت
• ارزیابی عملکرد واحدها و پرسنل و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی به مدیریت ارشد
• مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری‌های کلان مربوط به بهره‌برداری، توسعه سایت و منابع انسانی
• پیگیری تأمین نیازهای کارخانه از نظر قطعات، تجهیزات، نیروی انسانی و پشتیبانی

شرایط لازم:
• مدرک کارشناسی یا ارشد در یکی از رشته‌های فنی: مهندسی شیمی، مکانیک، نفت، صنایع یا مشابه
• حداقل 8 سال تجربه کاری در صنایع پالایشگاهی یا پتروشیمی، با حداقل 3 سال سابقه در سمت مدیریتی
• تسلط کامل به فرآیندهای عملیاتی پالایشگاهی، ایمنی صنعتی (HSE) و نگهداری تجهیزات
• توانایی مدیریت نیروی انسانی و حل مسائل اجرایی در محیط صنعتی
• روحیه رهبری، نظم بالا و توانایی کار در شرایط پرچالش
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریتی، گزارش‌دهی و مستندسازی فنی
• تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی جهت درک مستندات فنی و گزارش‌نویسی

Career Position Description:

The factory manager is responsible for direct executive, technical, administrative and support operations on the factory site. This role has fully monitored production, factory human resources, safety, equipment maintenance, warehouse, internal logistics, and the implementation of daily operational programs, and is a link between the headquarters and field operations.

The main tasks:
• Manage and monitor all everyday factory activities (production, repair, safety, internal logistics and human resources)
• Monitoring the proper implementation of production, maintenance and inspection programs
• Ensure the full compliance of safety, environmental and quality standards at all levels
• Directing operational and technical teams, removing executive barriers and creating order in shifts
• Management and coordination between the factory and the company's headquarters
• Evaluation of units and personnel performance and submit analytical reports to senior management
• Participate in macro decisions about exploitation, site development and human resources
• Tracking factory needs in terms of components, equipment, manpower and support

Required Conditions:
• Undergraduate or master's degree in one of the technical fields: chemical engineering, mechanics, oil, industries or the like
• At least 5 years of work experience in refinery or petrochemical industries, with at least 5 years of experience in the management position
• Full mastery of the operational processes of refinery, industrial safety (HSE) and equipment maintenance processes
• Ability to manage manpower and solve executive problems in the industrial environment
• The spirit of leadership, high order and ability to work in challenging conditions
• Introduction to management software, reporting and documenting technical documentation
• Relative fluency in English to understand technical documentation and reporting
