Digikala Quick Commerce operates one of the most advanced instant-delivery ecosystems in the region. We enable fast and reliable delivery of FMCG and daily-need products through a network of local stores, micro-fulfillment operations, couriers, and dynamic inventory and logistics systems.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Tribe Shopping domain. In this role, you will have direct people-management responsibility for 2 Product Managers, while also owning product strategy and outcomes across the shopping experience.
This position requires a strong balance of product leadership, people management, and hands-on product execution.

Key Responsibilities
Product Leadership
• Define the product vision and create a clear, data-driven roadmap aligned with Quick Commerce business objectives
• Own end-to-end product outcomes across discovery, delivery, and iteration
• Lead product discovery through user research, data analysis, and experimentation
• Translate customer and business needs into structured problem statements and high-quality product requirements
• Prioritize initiatives using impact-based frameworks to ensure focus on the highest-value opportunities
People Management
• Line-manage and mentor 2 Product Managers, supporting their growth, performance, and career development
• Set clear goals and expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and provide continuous feedback
• Foster strong product thinking, ownership, and accountability within the team
• Ensure effective workload distribution and alignment across team members
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Act as the primary product point of contact for the Tribe Shopping domain
• Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and performance results clearly to leadership and senior stakeholders
Measurement & Iteration
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics (e.g., conversion rate, basket size, retention)
• Monitor product performance through dashboards and analytics
• Drive continuous improvement post-launch based on data, insights, and user feedback

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, marketplace, or quick commerce
• Proven experience managing and leading Product Managers (people management is mandatory)
• Strong background in product discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of shopping funnels, user experience, and growth metrics
• Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments
