شرح شغل
تسهیلگری و هدایت مؤثر رویدادهای اسکرام و جلسات کلیدی
شناسایی و رفع موانع اجرایی، فرآیندی و تیمی
همکاری با POهای واحد و همراهی در پیشبرد پروژهها
مدیریت جریان کار و فرآیندهای واحد با تکیه بر ابزارهای مدیریت تسک
گزارشدهی دقیق، پایش وضعیت و ارائه بازخوردهای بهموقع
مربیگری، آموزش و کمک به بهبود عملکرد تیمها
پشتیبانی عملیاتی از مدیر واحد در اجرای امور محوله
شرایط احراز
** تحصیلات و تجربه:
حداقل 3 سال تجربه مرتبط در حوزه مدیریت پروژه
مدرک کارشناسی در رشتههای مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت یا حوزههای مشابه
آشنایی کامل با رویکرد و تفکر اجایل و فریم ورک های اسکرام و کانبان
** مهارتهای فنی:
تسلط کامل بر ابزارهای مدیریت تسک (جیرا)
مهارت مناسب در Excel
توانایی مستندسازی، گزارشنویسی و مدیریت دادهها
** مهارتهای نرم:
ارتباطات قوی، مذاکره و تسهیلگری
مدیریت زمان، اولویتبندی و پیگیری مؤثر
تفکر تحلیلی و رویکرد دادهمحور
توانایی مربیگری، یادگیری مستمر و همکاری تیمی
توانایی انجام همزمان چند وظیفه (مولتیتسکینگ)

facilitating and effectively leading scrum events and key meetings
identifying and removing operational, process and team obstacles
collaborating with unit POs and assisting in the advancement of projects
managing unit work flow and processes relying on management tools Task
Detailed reporting, status monitoring and providing timely feedback
Coaching, training and helping to improve the performance of teams
Operational support of the unit manager in the implementation of assigned tasks
Qualification requirements
** Education and experience:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of project management
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, management or field Similar
Complete familiarity with agile approach and thinking and Scrum and Kanban frameworks
** Technical skills:
Complete mastery of task management tools (Jira)
Appropriate skills in Excel
Ability to document, report and manage data
