- Work closely with unit managers to understand human resource needs
- Designing annual and seasonal human resource recruitment plans in line with human resources planning
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting and hiring
- Ability to lead a team
- Proficiency in recruitment processes and recruiting resources
- Proficiency in Office software and ATS systems
- Effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (preferably Human Resources Management, Management, or Psychology)
