شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
 . تدوین و اجرای استراتژی محتوا در راستای اهداف برند و بازاریابی
 . مدیریت تیم محتوا (نویسندگان، گرافیک، ویدئوسازی و شبکه‌های اجتماعی)
 . طراحی و مدیریت تقویم محتوایی برای پلتفرم‌های مختلف
 . نظارت بر کیفیت، لحن و هماهنگی خروجی‌ها با هویت برند
 . برگزاری جلسات منظم ایده پردازی
 . تحلیل عملکرد محتوا و ارائه گزارش‌های منظم جهت بهبود
 . همکاری با تیم‌های Product، Marketing، HR و Growth برای یکپارچگی ارتباطات سازمان
 . نظارت بر تولید و کنترل کیفیت نهایی محتوا پیش از انتشار

الزامات و مهارت‌ها:
 . حداقل 4 سال تجربه در حوزه تولید محتوا یا مدیریت تیم محتوا
 . توانایی storytelling و خلق روایت برند
 . ذهن استراتژیک
 . آشنایی با OKR
 . آشنایی با الگوریتم‌های شبکه‌های اجتماعی و Content Trends
 . تسلط به ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه (Trello / FigJam / Jira)
 . روحیه رهبری، خلاقیت و توان سازماندهی بالا

Description of duties and responsibilities:
 . Formulation and implementation of content strategy in line with brand and marketing goals
 . Content team management (writers, graphics, video production and social networks)
 . Designing and managing a content calendar for different platforms
 . Monitoring the quality, tone and coordination of the outputs with the brand identity
 . Holding regular ideation meetings
 . Analyzing content performance and providing regular reports for improvement
 . Cooperation with Product, Marketing, HR and Growth teams for the integrity of the organization's communications
 . Monitoring the production and controlling the final quality of the content before publication

Requirements and skills:
 . At least 4 years of experience in the field of content production or content team management. The ability of storytelling and creating a brand narrative
 . Strategic mind
 . Familiarity with OKR
 . Familiarity with social network algorithms and Content Trends
 . Mastery of project management tools (Trello / FigJam / Jira)
 . Leadership spirit, creativity and high organizational ability
