Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor the organization’s network, servers, and systems to identify potential issues or anomalies.
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or external vendors when necessary.
- Analyze network performance metrics to ensure optimal operation and implement improvements where needed.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance to prevent potential disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and network performance trends.
- Prepare regular reports on network health, incidents, and key metrics for management review.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT support, engineering, and external vendors, to resolve complex issues.
- Provide updates and feedback to relevant stakeholders during and after incident resolution.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and organizational policies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate security risks related to the network and systems.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address urgent incidents outside regular working hours.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in NOC, IT operations, or application monitoring, preferably in a fintech or banking environment.
- Experience in monitoring both IT infrastructure (e.g., networks, servers) and business processes (e.g., transactions, API performance, service availability).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Splunk, or similar platforms for infrastructure and application monitoring.
- Experience with payment systems, transaction flows, and real-time monitoring of financial services is a strong advantage.

Working days and hours:
- 12-hour onsite shift, followed by 36 hours off, on a rotating schedule
