Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end‑to‑end execution of fintech projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with Technical, Product, and Operations departments to enable smooth and aligned project execution.
- Develop and implement frameworks to initiate, track, and monitor projects across the Fintech divisions.
- Provide regular status updates and progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and dashboards to deliver real‑time insights into project status, potential risks, and emerging opportunities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, schedules, and reports.
- Continuously monitor project risks throughout the lifecycle and apply effective risk management strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within fintech, business development, or operations.
- Strong proficiency in financial data analysis with the ability to generate actionable, data‑driven insights.
- Familiarity with industry‑specific tools, systems, and technologies in fintech.
- Proficiency in project management software and related productivity tools.
