مسئولیت‌ها
- شناسایی و جذب مشتریان متقاضی کتاب‌های سفارشی
- ارائه مشاوره و معرفی خدمات کتاب‌نویسی سفارشی
- پیگیری فرآیند مشتری از مرحله سرنخ تا عقد قرارداد
- همکاری با تیم بازاریابی در طراحی و اجرای کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی
- تولید و انتشار محتوای مرتبط با کتاب و خدمات جانبی
- مدیریت اطلاعات مشتریان در سیستم CRM
- پاسخگویی به سوالات و ایجاد تجربه مثبت برای مشتریان
شایستگی‌ها و مهارت‌ها
- مهارت در فروش مشاوره‌ای و مذاکره
- آشنایی با بازاریابی دیجیتال و کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی
- توانایی مدیریت سرنخ‌ها و CRM
- توانایی تولید محتوای بازاریابی
- شناخت بازار کتاب و صنعت نشر
- مهارت در برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و حفظ رضایت مشتری
شرایط احراز
- تحصیلات: کارشناسی مدیریت، بازاریابی، فروش، ارتباطات یا رشته‌های مرتبط (گذراندن دوره‌های تخصصی مزیت محسوب می‌شود)
- تجربه کاری: حداقل 2–3 سال در فروش یا بازاریابی خدمات یا محصولات سفارشی
- مهارت‌های تخصصی: فروش مشاوره‌ای، بازاریابی دیجیتال، CRM، مذاکره و عقد قرارداد، تولید محتوا
- زبان: مسلط به زبان انگلیسی
- سن: 24 تا 50 سال
- محدوده محل کار: مرکز تهران

Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential clients for custom book services
- Provide consultation and introduce tailored book-writing services
- Manage the customer journey from lead generation to contract signing
- Collaborate with the marketing team on advertising campaigns
- Create and distribute content related to books and related services
- Maintain and organize customer data in the CRM system
- Handle client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related fields (specialized training courses are a plus)
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or marketing of customized services or products
- Specialized Skills: Consultative sales, digital marketing, CRM, negotiation & contract management, content creation
- Language: Proficiency in English
- Age Range: 24–50 years
