شرایط همکاری:
سن -25- 40 جنسیت : فرقی نمی کند وضعیت نظام وظیفه : کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت برای آقایان الزامی
آشنا با فرآیند مهاجرت تحصیلی و کاری با روابط عمومی و فن بیان قوی
آشنایی به استفاده از هوش مصنوعی – و زبان انگلیسی( حداقل درک فرمها و راهنماههای آنلاین )
تسلط به ابزار های دیجیتال مارکتینگ و سیستمهای بانکی و پرداخت آنلاین و مسلط به محیط های آنلاین و اپلیکیشن های بین المللی
امانت داری – صداقت و اصول محرمانگی و توانایی گزارش نویسی و مستند سازی
مهارت کار با VPN وابزارهای تغییر آی پی در صورت نیاز و توانایی یادگیری سریع پلتفرمهای جدید
شرایط احراز شغل:
تحصیلات : حداقل لیسانس( رشته های فناوری اطلاعات و دیجیتال مارکتینگ ) سابقه حداقل سه سال
قسمتی از شرح وظایف:
ثبت سفارش در پلتفرمهایی مثل گوگل – تلگرام آپ استور تیک تاک و...
ساخت وتنظیم اکانت ها مطابق با دستورالعملهای شرکت
انجام پرداختها با استفاده از کارتهای اعتباری شرکت ( ویزا کارت – مستر کارت )
ثبت و پیگیری واریزها – کارت به کارت و پرداختهای نقدی
ثبت و مستند سازی کامل هر پرداخت و اکانت
تطبیق پرداختها با لیست داوطلبان و جلوگیری از خطا و تداخل ورفع مغایرتهای احتمالی ( اشتباه در انتقال وجه )
همکاری با واحد آزمون برای تایید ثبت نام تنها پس از تسویه مالی
ثبت دقیق تراکنش ها در نرم افزار مالی یا سیستم موسسه
تهیه گرارش روزانه – هفتگی از پرداخت ها و سفارشات انجام شده
نگهداری سوابق مالی مطابق با قوانین و دستورالعمل ها
آشنایی با فضای حاکم بر پرداخت ارزی و بازار این حوزه
داشتن خلاقیت یا تسلط کافی جهت طراحی محصولات نو در حوزه پرداخت ارزی
داشتن مهارت های عمومی تیم سازی و مدیریت و هدایت تیم
تسلط بر توابع مالی ، آشنایی با فرمول نویسی پیچیده و تهیه داشبورد های مورد نیاز
