Mission:
The mission of this role is to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience. The role exists to ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure systems that support the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing codebase and architecture.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing database schema.
- Develop and deploy at least two production-ready features that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Writes clean, reliable, and well-tested code with consistent documentation.
- Works well with cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements.
- Writes meaningful unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
- Understands and applies architectural principles to design scalable, maintainable systems.
