مسئولیت‌ها
• مدیریت کامل عملیات روزانه:
• سازماندهی و هماهنگی امور اجرایی
• نظارت بر کیفیت، نیروهای اجرایی و جریان کار
• ایجاد چک‌لیست‌ها، فرآیندها و سیستم‌های قابل اندازه‌گیری
• حل مسئله‌های لحظه‌ای و مدیریت شرایط پیش‌بینی‌نشده
• مدیریت و اجرای فعالیت‌های دیجیتال:
• همکاری و هماهنگی با تیم‌های بیرونی (طراح، تدوینگر، مارکتینگ، برنامه‌نویس)
• مدیریت پلتفرم‌های فروش آنلاین و ابزارهای دیجیتال
• استفاده هوشمندانه از هوش مصنوعی برای بهینه‌سازی کارها
• اجرای برنامه‌های مارکتینگ و پیگیری KPI‌ها
• مدیریت پروژه و پیشبرد گام‌به‌گام مسیر رشد
• تبدیل استراتژی‌ها و ایده‌های مدیرعامل به برنامه عملیاتی
• ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق و قابل استناد از روند پیشرفت کار
• تصمیم‌گیری مستقل در زمان‌هایی که زمان کم است و خروجی مهم‌تر از روش


شرایط و توانمندی‌ها
• تجربه عملی در مدیریت پروژه یا عملیات (حداقل 3 سال)
• توانایی مدیریت افراد، نظم‌دهی محیط کار و کنترل کیفیت
• آشنایی کاربردی با پلتفرم‌های فروش آنلاین (دیجیکالا، ترب، دیوار یا مشابه)
• توانایی کار با ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی (مزیت مهم)
• مهارت در برنامه‌ریزی، اولویت‌بندی و تحویل کار به‌موقع
• ذهنیت حل‌مسئله و قدرت تصمیم‌گیری مستقل
• سرعت عمل بالا، مسئولیت‌پذیری و روحیه مالکیت روی کار
• توانایی یادگیری سریع و مدیریت همزمان چند پروژه
• روابط عمومی قوی و توان هماهنگی با افراد مختلف

Responsibilities
• Complete management of daily operations:
• Organization and coordination of executive affairs
• Supervision of quality, executive forces and work flow
• Create measurable checklists, processes and systems
• Solving immediate problems and managing unforeseen situations
• Management and implementation of digital activities:
• Cooperation and coordination with external teams (designer, editor, marketing, programmer)
• Management of online sales platforms and digital tools
• Intelligent use of artificial intelligence to optimize tasks
• Implementation of marketing programs and follow-up of KPIs
• Project management and step-by-step advancement of the growth path
• Converting CEO's strategies and ideas into operational plan
• Providing accurate and reliable reports of the work progress
• Independent decision-making when time is short and the output is more important than the method


Conditions and capabilities
• Practical experience in project management or operations (at least 3 years)
• The ability to manage people, organize the work environment and control quality
Practical familiarity with online sales platforms (Digikala, Tarb, Divar or similar)
• Ability to work with artificial intelligence tools (an important advantage)
• Skill in planning, prioritizing and delivering work on time
• Problem-solving mentality and independent decision-making power
• High speed of action, responsibility and spirit of ownership at work
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously
