The Senior Manager of Sales Analytics will lead data-driven initiatives to enhance sales performance, optimize resource allocation, and drive commercial growth across Digikala’s Retail and Marketplace businesses. This role focuses on turning complex sales data into actionable insights that help shape strategic decisions on cost efficiency, category growth, and sales performance improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to ensure data-driven excellence in commercial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying deviations from targets. Evaluate the impact of key sales drivers such as Retail ATP, top Marketplace sellers, and promotional campaigns (e.g., Amazing Offers). Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and maximize profitability.Sales Efficiency Optimization:Assess cost-to-revenue ratios for commercial activities, recommend optimal cost allocation strategies across categories, and support investment decisions that lead to sales growth and profitability improvement.Dashboard Development & Reporting:Design and maintain dashboards and reports in collaboration with BI and Dynamic Pricing teams. Ensure visibility of KPIs related to sales performance, category contribution, and campaign impact. Translate data into accessible visual insights for Commercial and Marketing teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy & Growth teams to conduct advanced analyses, forecast trends, and support long-term strategic initiatives.Leadership & Stakeholder Communication:Lead a team of analysts, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering a data-driven culture. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders, turning analysis into strategic action.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in analytics, commercial performance, or business strategy—preferably in e-commerce.Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.Proven ability to work with complex datasets and translate data into business recommendations.Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex insights for decision-makers.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.Experience in sales performance management, pricing analytics, or commercial planning.Familiarity with predictive modeling, machine learning applications, or automation in analytics.Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems and digital marketing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying deviations from targets. Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
Proven ability to work with complex datasets and translate data into business recommendations.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex insights for decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
