شرح وظایف:
- مدیریت فنی توسعه اپلیکیشن موبایل، وبسایت و پنل مدیریتی.
- نظارت بر تیم‌های توسعه‌دهنده داخلی یا پیمانکاری.
- طراحی زیرساخت‌های مقیاس‌پذیر، امن و پایدار.
- همکاری با تیم‌های بازاریابی ـ عملیات و فروش برای توسعه یکپارچه.
- ارائه نقشه راه فناوری متناسب با اهداف تجاری شرکت.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مرتبط با فناوری اطلاعات، مهندسی نرم‌افزار یا مدیریت فناوری.
- حداقل 5 سال سابقه مدیریت فنی یا CTO در استارتاپ‌ها یا پروژه‌های مقیاس‌پذیر.
- آشنایی کامل با معماری نرم‌افزار، DevOps ،API، امنیت اطلاعات.
- مسلط به یکی از فریمورک‌های رایج مثل Node.js ،Flutter ،React.
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی در سطح خواندن و مکاتبات تخصصی.
- روحیه تیمسازی، تفکر استراتژیک و توان تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط فشار.

Position:
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO);

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical development of mobile applications, websites, and admin panels.
- Supervise internal and outsourced development teams.
- Design a scalable, secure, and stable technical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams for integrated development.
- Provide a technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as a technical leader or CTO in scalable startups or tech projects.
