شرح شغل:
برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت و کنترل فرآیندهای خرید، تامین کالا و خدمات مورد نیاز سازمان
شناسایی و ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان جدید و حفظ روابط موثر با تامین‌کنندگان فعلی
نظارت بر تهیه و اجرای قراردادهای خرید و خدمات مطابق با سیاست‌های سازمان
بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای زنجیره تامین از مرحله درخواست تا تحویل نهایی با هدف افزایش کارایی و کاهش هزینه‌ها
بررسی، تحلیل و مذاکره در خصوص قیمت، کیفیت و زمان تحویل کالاها
نظارت بر اجرای به‌موقع سفارش‌ها و اطمینان از هماهنگی میان واحدهای مرتبط جهت تامین به‌موقع نیازهای سازمان
تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های کاهش هزینه در زنجیره تامین
همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای مالی، تولید و برنامه‌ریزی جهت هماهنگی در تامین نیازها
تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از عملکرد واحد تامین و ارائه پیشنهادات به مدیریت ارشد

شایستگی‌های تخصصی و رفتاری:
تسلط به اصول بازرگانی داخلی و فرآیندهای خرید و تدارکات
آشنایی کامل با قوانین و مقررات مالیاتی و قراردادهای تجاری
مهارت بالا در مذاکره، اقناع و مدیریت روابط با تامین‌کنندگان
توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و تصمیم‌گیری بر مبنای شاخص‌های عملکرد (KPI)
مدیریت موثر زمان و اولویت‌بندی کارها در شرایط فشار
روحیه تیمی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و رهبری اثربخش تیم تامین
تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای ERP، Excel و سامانه‌های مدیریت خرید
صداقت، شفافیت و رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای
توانایی برقراری ارتباط بین‌واحدی و تعامل موثر با مدیران سازمان

Job Description:
Planning, directing and controlling the processes of purchasing, supplying goods and services required by the organization
Identifying and evaluating new suppliers and maintaining effective relationships with current suppliers
Supervising the preparation and implementation of purchase and service contracts in accordance with the organization's policies
Optimizing supply chain processes from the request stage to final delivery with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing costs
Reviewing, analyzing and negotiating the price, quality and delivery time of goods
Supervising the timely execution of orders and ensuring From coordination between related units to meet the needs of the organization in a timely manner
Development and implementation of cost reduction strategies in the supply chain
Close cooperation with financial, production and planning units to coordinate in meeting needs
Preparation of periodical reports on the performance of the supply unit and presenting proposals to senior management

Specialized and behavioral skills:
Mastery of internal business principles and purchasing and procurement processes
Complete familiarity with tax laws and regulations and contracts Commercial
High skill in negotiating, persuading and managing relationships with suppliers
