We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle across all levels of the organization. From understanding hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates, you will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy and supporting the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including job scoping, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build effective sourcing strategies
- Prepare and publish attractive and role-specific job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Maintain and manage accurate candidate data, recruitment trackers, and reports using structured formats such as Microsoft Excel
- Conduct competency-based interviews and provide structured evaluation reports
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs and generate reports for continuous improvement
- Support employer branding initiatives in alignment with the company’s values and culture
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across various job levels, including managerial and executive roles
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and data management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting best practices
