مدیر ارشد مالی | Chief Financial Officer

• مدیریت و نظارت بر کلیه فعالیت‌های مالی، حسابداری، مالیاتی، بودجه‌بندی، گزارش‌دهی و مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی در سطح هلدینگ و شرکت‌های تابعه.
• تدوین استراتژی مالی هلدینگ در راستای اهداف کلان گروه و ارائه مشاوره مالی به مدیرعامل و هیئت مدیره در تصمیم‌گیری‌های راهبردی
• نظارت بر تهیه و تدوین صورت‌های مالی تلفیقی هلدینگ و اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای حسابداری و قوانین مربوطه
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های گزارش‌دهی مالی یکپارچه و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی دوره‌ای به مدیریت ارشد
• شناسایی و مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی و عملیاتی
• مدیریت ارتباط با بانک‌ها و موسسات مالی، با سازمان‌های نظارتی (سازمان امور مالیاتی و...)
• رهبری تیم مالی هلدینگ و نظارت بر واحدهای مالی شرکت‌های تابعه
• برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت جریان‌های نقدی
• کنترل هزینه ها و استراتژی هایی برای بهبود عملکرد مالی

مهارت‌های تخصصی:
• تسلط کامل به استانداردهای حسابداری و گزارش‌دهی مالی
• آگاهی از قوانین مالیاتی، تجاری و بورس اوراق بهادار
• تجربه در تهیه صورت‌های مالی تلفیقی
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های ERP و نرم‌افزارهای مالی پیشرفته
• توانایی رهبری و مدیریت تیم‌های چندسطحی
• مهارت تحلیلی و حل مسئله در سطح راهبردی
• توانایی مذاکره و ارتباط موثر با ذینفعان داخلی و خارجی

شرایط احراز:
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مالی، حسابداری، مدیریت یا MBA
• حداقل 10 سال سابقه مدیریت مالی، با حداقل 5 سال سابقه در پست معاونت مالی یا مدیریت مالی

• Leadership of the financial holding team and supervision of financial units of subsidiaries
• Planning and management of cash flows
• Cost control and strategies to improve financial performance

Specialized skills:
• Complete mastery of accounting and reporting standards Financial
• Knowledge of tax, commercial and stock exchange laws
• Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced financial software

Eligibility requirements:
• At least a master’s degree in finance, accounting, management or MBA
• At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years of experience in the position of financial assistant or financial management
