The position:
As a finance specialist, you will:
* Manage all accounting transactions (daily journal entry).
* Manage invoices and payments to suppliers or any other relevant party.
* Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
* Ensure proper authorization and documentation for financial transactions.
* Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring all acquisitions, depreciations, transfers, and disposals are accurately recorded.
* Payroll accounting.
* Manage international payments.
* Reconciliation of sales invoices with customers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Finance (or equivalent) from a well-recognized institute.
* At least 3 to 4 years of experience within F&A in a large multinational Organization
* Proficiency in both oral and written English at an intermediate level is essential.
* Self-driven and dedicated with a desire to influence.
* Strong team player with great communication skills.
