About the Role
The Senior Key Account Management Specialist plays a critical role in the Digital Vertical at SnappPay, with full end-to-end ownership of key accounts and category growth
This role requires a strong commercial and business development mindset, deep understanding of the digital products market, and the ability to identify, prioritize, and execute growth opportunities across commercial, marketing, and product domains The role holder is expected to think and act like a business developer, driving opportunities from discovery through execution and measurable impact
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end growth, performance, and development of key merchants within the Digital Vertical
Identify, attract, negotiate, and onboard new merchants to expand and strengthen the merchant network
Develop and execute merchant and category growth strategies aligned with SnappPay’s business objectives
Lead commercial negotiations with merchants, including pricing structures, promotions, discounts, and strategic partnerships
Analyze merchant, category, and campaign performance using data-driven KPIs and actionable insights
Proactively identify commercial, marketing, and product opportunities with a critical mindset, and drive them through to tangible results
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Risk) to ensure seamless execution and scaling of initiatives
Resolve day-to-day operational and sales challenges such as availability, pricing alignment, logistics, and quality issues
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior within the digital products ecosystem to uncover new opportunities
Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, insights, and growth recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
Strong data literacy with hands-on experience in Excel, dashboards, and performance analysis
Solid understanding of marketing concepts and functions, including campaigns, promotions, funnel performance, and growth levers
Deep understanding of commercial and business fundamentals such as pricing, unit economics, revenue models, and negotiation frameworks
Experience in account management, category management, or commercial roles within e-commerce or marketplaces
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and strategies
