Behpardakht Mellat is working on a mission-critical and transformative enterprise-scale project and is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join its technical team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about automation, system reliability, infrastructure challenges, and continuous learning, and who enjoy working in a professional and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery
- Manage and optimize Linux-based environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and security
- Configure and maintain reverse proxy solutions such as HAProxy and Nginx
- Deploy, manage, and monitor containerized applications using Docker
- Support and operate Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring of workloads
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system reliability and availability
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system observability
- Contribute to infrastructure design with a focus on high availability, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and production issues
- Actively participate in Agile team activities and share knowledge with team members
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems (preferably Oracle Linux or Ubuntu)
- Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD tools, such as Git, GitLab CI, and/or Jenkins
- Experience working with reverse proxies (e.g., HAProxy, Nginx)
- Practical experience with Docker and containerization concepts
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, including deploying, scaling, and monitoring applications
- Understanding of cloud concepts and/or private cloud, virtualization environments
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, EFK stack, or equivalent solutions
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and high-availability concepts
- Ability to write scripts using Bash and/or Python
- Strong sense of ownership, learning mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile team
