Business and Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide meaningful insights and support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to efficiently extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and visualization.
• Create advanced models, dashboards, and reports in Excel to effectively communicate insights.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to monitor business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data in all analyses and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of business processes, metrics, and strategies.
• Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in predictive modeling or statistical analysis.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
