We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst / BI Developer with strong expertise in data visualization, programming, and database management. The ideal candidate will work remotely, collaborating with international teams to deliver insightful and actionable business intelligence solutions.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI
• Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from PostgreSQL databases
• Support cloud-based data operations primarily on AWS (less frequent tasks)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored BI solutions
• Ensure data quality and integrity across reporting systems
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of BI processes 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and BI development
• Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for data visualization
• Strong programming skills in Python (including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy)
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and SQL querying
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, Redshift) is a plus but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluent spoken and written)
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a fully remote environment
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
