کارشناس فروش | Sales Expert

ما به دنبال یک کارشناس فروش با تجربه و مهارت برای پیوستن به تیم در تهران هستیم. این نقش بر ایجاد و تقویت روابط با مشتریان، شناسایی فرصت‌های فروش و ارائه خدمات پس از فروش به مشتریان می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی افزایش فروش و رشد سهم بازار شرکت است.

شرح شغل:

• شناسایی و جذب مشتریان بالقوه و جدید.
• حفظ و تقویت روابط با مشتریان فعلی.
• ارائه مشاوره فنی و خدمات پس از فروش به مشتریان.
• بررسی و شناخت نیازهای مشتریان و ایجاد پیشنهادات مناسب.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای بهبود خدمات ارائه شده.
• پیگیری و تحلیل روند فروش و بازار.
• آموزش و پشتیبانی مشتریان در مورد محصولات ارائه شده.

شرایط احراز:

• توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر و روابط عمومی قوی.
• آشنایی با فناوری‌های مرتبط با صنعت شرکت.
• مهارت‌های قوی در مذاکره و ارائه محصول.
• تجربه در حوزه فروش و خدمات پس از فروش.
• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• آشنا با زبان انگلیسی.
• آشنا با مایکروسافت آفیس.

The main goal is to increase sales and grow the company's market share.

Job Description:

Identify and attract potential and new customers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Provide technical advice and after-sales service to customers.
Review and understand customer needs and create appropriate proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve services provided.
Track and analyze sales and market trends.
Train and support customers on products offered.
Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively and have strong public relations.
Familiarity with technologies related to the company's industry.
Strong negotiation and product presentation skills.
Experience in sales and after-sales service.
At least two years of work experience in a related field.
Fluent in English.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
