مسئولیت های کلیدی:

مدرک تحصیلی و تجربه:

• مدرک لیسانس در منابع انسانی، مدیریت بازرگانی، روانشناسی ترجیح داده شده در زمینه مرتبط تجربه
• تجربه قبلی در محیط های دارویی، تولیدی یا fmcg به شدت ترجیح داده می شود
• دانش کامل از فرآیندهای اصلی نیروی انسانی، روابط کارکنان، و قانون کار
• هوش تجاری قوی با توانایی درک اولویت های عملیاتی و سازمانی

We are seeking an experienced and professional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders to align human resources strategies with organizational objectives and to support effective people management across both head office functions and manufacturing operations.

The HRBP will play a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness, developing leadership capability, and ensuring consistent application of HR policies and practices within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The position requires regular presence at manufacturing site(s) based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain, Sales, Medical, and Corporate Functions.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount management initiatives.
• Lead and support performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning activities.
• Advise and coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and people management matters.
• Manage employee relations cases in a professional, fair, and confidential manner.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and company procedures.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with HR Shared Services teams to ensure consistent and effective HR service delivery.
• Maintain an active HR presence at manufacturing site(s) to support operational and employee-related needs.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant HR experience
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or FMCG environments is strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of core HR processes, employee relations, and labor law
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand operational and organizational priorities
• Effective communication, influencing, and coaching skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Proficiency in English (working level)
• Willingness and flexibility to work at manufacturing site(s) as required
