Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can think like a product owner and act as a bridge between design, engineering, and business teams. In this role, you won’t just design interfaces — you’ll also help shape the product vision, align with business goals, and ensure the right problems are being solved for users.

You’ll work closely with engineers and stakeholders to understand business needs, define product requirements, and turn them into intuitive, elegant, and functional designs. You should be comfortable owning the design process end-to-end and collaborating on product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Actively collaborate with engineers and product owners to gather and define requirements
• Take ownership of features from concept to delivery, with both UX/UI and business impact in mind
• Lead discovery workshops and contribute to defining product roadmaps
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for web/mobile products
• Validate design decisions through research, testing, and iteration
• Balance user needs with business goals to create high-impact solutions
• Maintain and evolve the design system and UI guidelines
• Champion a user-centered mindset across the product and development teams
• Use Figma to design and maintain wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design systems
