To design and deliver impactful visual communications—both print and digital—that effectively support advertising, publications, and merchandising across dealer, distributor, and service center touchpoints.
To translate creative direction and brand identity guidelines into original, on-trend graphic designs and merchandising items that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
To ensure consistent, high-quality application of MTNIrancell’s corporate identity by monitoring its implementation across all merchandising and promotional materials in compliance with CI standards and best design practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
To design, adapt, and update POSM (Point of Sales Materials) such as shop signs, mesh banners, internal banners, SIM packaging, and gift card vouchers, in response to Digital and Logistics team requests, ensuring fully in-time deliverables.
To deliver visually impactful designs that enhance brand visibility across all retail and service channels, ensuring alignment with MTNIrancell’s CI guidelines.
To maintain completely brand consistency in the application of MTNIrancell’s logo, typography, and visual themes across all physical merchandising and promotional materials.
To participate in the planning and execution of branding for dealer forums, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate seminars, ensuring the design elements meet brand and quality standards.
To develop and propose trend-driven merchandising design concepts frequency based on industry trends, aligned with corporate branding frameworks and targeted sales objectives.
To monitor production and quality of merchandising materials (e.g., banners, store branding items), provide approvals or rejections based on CI standards, and control output from print houses and vendors.
To perform regular field visits to verify implementation of branding materials at point-of-sale locations and report deviations or non-compliance with approved designs and SLAs.
To recommend cost-effective production and delivery methods for merchandising materials and provide related reports to improve efficiency.
To provide design consultancy and graphic support to other S&D initiatives, including content for the Marketplace platform and custom requests from distribution partners.
Education
B.A. degree in Fine & Applied Arts
Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization
Experience working in a small to medium organization
Experience in graphic designing within domain of sales and marketing or in a fast-moving consumer goods (FCMG) environment or IT / Telecommunications is highly preferred
Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills
