In this role, you will focus on selling and supporting international tourism services, directly interacting with travelers abroad and international suppliers, playing a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and developing foreign markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional consulting to international customers and identify their travel needs.
- Respond to calls, emails, and messages from foreign customers.
- Guide guests through the booking process and foreign payment procedures.
- Follow up on sales leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Coordinate with foreign suppliers and manage reservations.
- Handle changes, cancellations, and resolve potential issues for travelers abroad.
- Record and manage customer information in CRM systems.
- Monitor the satisfaction of international customers and provide feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to enhance the experience of foreign customers.
Expected Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and professional writing) – proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
- Experience in sales or support within international tourism (competitive advantage).
- Negotiation and persuasion skills in a cross-cultural environment.
- Familiarity with basic concepts of international tourism and foreign travel packages.
- Understanding of hotel booking, tours, transfers, and visa services processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and professional telephone and online response.
- Ability to work with Office software.
- Customer-oriented mindset, high patience, and accountability.
