Nobitex is looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a fundamental part in discovering and evaluating potential candidates to fulfill key roles within the company, contributing significantly to achieving our organizational objectives
Responsibilities:
- Strategically attract high-quality candidates through diverse channels, collaborating closely with hiring managers to align with our growth plans.
- Assess candidates for both technical and cultural compatibility through advanced interviewing methodologies.
- Recognize complex job vacancies, strategize, and implement the most effective recruitment approaches.
- Evaluate recruitment performance metrics, including cost per hire and time to hire, and leverage data proficiency to offer recommendations for enhancements and drive positive changes.
- Actively contribute to team and colleague development for continuous improvement
- Develop strong brand awareness by participating in recruitment activities, such as career fairs and campus recruitment drives.
Qualifications:
- University degree or other relevant professional qualifications.
- Over 3 years of recruiting experience.
- Full-cycle Technical Recruitment experience in a relevant industry (Start-up, Software / Engineering-led businesses).
- In-depth knowledge of the industry to effectively source for ideal candidates.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
- Exhibiting excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication and relationship-building across various professional contexts.
- Strong networking abilities.
