کاری که شما انجام خواهید داد:

- تیم طراحی را در تصمیم گیری فنی رهبری کنید و اطمینان حاصل کنید که از اجرای کاربرمحور، راه حل های مبتنی بر داده ها، چالشی طراحی شده است- راه حل های پیچیده را شناسایی و ارائه دهید. بهینه سازی تجربه کاربر،
- تسهیل فرآیندهای تصمیم گیری طراحی در همکاری نزدیک با محصول و تیم های مهندسی،
- ایجاد، نگهداری و تکامل مستندات طراحی برای پشتیبانی از اشتراک دانش و بهبود مستمر فرآیندهای طراحی،
- اطمینان از همسویی همه طرح ها با سیستم طراحی سازمان، دستورالعمل های برند، و مقیاس پذیر- موتور طراحی سازگار با اصول کار با کیفیت محصول،
و تجربه کاربری یکپارچه،
- ارائه بازخورد سازنده، مربیان طراحان، و حمایت از رشد حرفه ای تیم در حالی که از اجرای طراحی با کیفیت بالا اطمینان حاصل می کنید. رهبری فنی در تیم‌های طراحی،

At Okala, product design plays a critical role in product decision-making and in shaping user experiences at scale. We are looking for a Principal Product Designer who, beyond hands-on design and execution, can influence the product design direction at both strategic and technical levels, and support the team in solving complex problems.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead the design team in technical decision-making and ensure the implementation of user-centered, data-informed solutions,
- Identify and analyze complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions to optimize user experience,
- Facilitate design decision-making processes in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams,
- Create, maintain, and evolve design documentation to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of design processes,
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the organization’s Design System, brand guidelines, and scalable design principles,
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure design consistency, quality, and a unified user experience,
- Provide constructive feedback, mentor designers, and support the team’s professional growth while ensuring high-quality design execution.

What You Bring:

- Significant experience in designing digital products at scale,
- Deep expertise in UX principles, user-centered design, and data-driven decision-making,
- Proven experience in leading design decisions and providing technical leadership within design teams,
- Strong ability to solve complex, systemic design problems,
- Experience in building, maintaining, and evolving Design Systems, as well as documenting design processes,
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and impact at an organizational level.
