As a Data Platform Engineer, you will be a key enabler of our data and AI initiatives. You will join our DevOps team to build, automate, and operate a world-class data platform, providing our AI/Data team with the stable, self-service tools they need to innovate at speed. Your mission is to deliver core data services (like Kafka and ClickHouse) as reliable, managed products, allowing the data specialists to focus on building value, not managing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Core Data Services: Provide and operate our core data systems (PostgreSQL, Kafka, ClickHouse, MinIO and Apache Airflow) as a managed, self-service platform for the AI/Data team.
 - Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure using Terraform to ensure our platform is automated, reproducible, and scalable.
 - Container Platform Management: Own the operational health, scaling, and security of our Kubernetes (K8s) clusters, providing a robust runtime environment for all applications.
 - CI/CD & Automation: Build and manage the underlying CI/CD tooling that enables the AI/Data team to deploy their applications and pipelines safely and efficiently.
 - Platform Observability: Implement and manage a centralized monitoring and alerting stack (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) to provide deep visibility into the health of the underlying platform.
 - Empower Internal Users: Act as a true partner to the AI/Data team, providing stable, automated, and observable infrastructure that accelerates their work.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Platform Engineer.
 - Deep, hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Docker.
 - Experience operating production data services like PostgreSQL, Kafka, or other databases/message brokers from an infrastructure perspective.
 - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python.

Bonus Points
- Experience with GitOps principles and tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux).
 - Operational experience with ClickHouse or vector databases like Qdrant.
 - Knowledge of network security and cloud identity management (IAM).
