Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Category Management Specialist to support the growth and profitability of a group of vendors through in-depth market analysis and performance management. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring market trends, collecting and analyzing data, and ensuring vendors meet their targets in alignment with strategies. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive engagement with market behavior to drive vendor success and overall business performance.

Managing vendors' daily stock by tracing ATP and waste conditions.
Setting and adjusting relevant discounts depending on campaigns, growth plans, or waste management plans.
Analyzing benchmark performance and trends.
Preparing Weekly and monthly reports.
Taking relevant action to meet monthly targets.
Assisting in vendors' monthly P&L data collection.
Developing a menu and managing vendor assortment.
Progressing pricing, product details, and vendor details with the support team.
Conducting meetings with new and current vendors to ensure alignment with category objectives.
Overviewing CX performance and taking prompt action
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in the related field.
Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling, and market/competitor research.
Strong skills in reporting, documentation, and data visualization.
Experience with SQL-based database management and practical retail industry knowledge.
Familiarity with marketing concepts and their application in category growth.
Excellent communication skills, adaptability to change, and high accountability.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work proactively toward business objectives.
