The Campaign Specialist manages end-to-end owned media operations across app, web, and eCRM channels, focusing on customer lifecycle marketing and engagement. This role requires deep analytical thinking, audience segmentation experience, and expertise in automation and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize automated eCRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Manage audience segmentation and create personalized lifecycle communication journeys.
- Lead owned media planning with high-impact, data-driven campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights for improving retention and engagement.
- Work with product, data, and marketing team to align lifecycle strategies with business goals.
- Maintain, test, and optimize automation flows for growth and reactivation.
- Ensure accurate tracking through GA, GTM, and internal analytics tools.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in eCRM or marketing automation, preferably in eCommerce.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zebline is a plus).
- Strong understanding of tagging, segmentation, and lifecycle communication.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, and dashboarding tools.
- Test-and-learn mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
