Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting approved leads provided by the Sales Department and finalizing vendor contracts
- Staying up to date with market trends, assortment gaps, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape
- Monitoring vendor activation status and ensuring continuous engagement
- Developing and executing monthly action plans to improve KA vendors’ sales performance
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing vendor performance, providing actionable insights to drive growth
- Identifying assortment gaps and collaborating with vendors to enhance product selection
- Ensuring competitive pricing for KA vendors, especially on key index products
- Encouraging vendor participation in promotions and negotiating attractive commercial deals
- Acting as a problem solver and accelerator in resolving operational, financial, and commercial vendor issues
- Tracking operational KPIs of the accounting team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Key Account Management
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Experience in E-commerce and Mass Production is a strong advantage
- Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
