Job Summary
We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to help us increase revenue, retain customer loyalty, and provide exceptional customer service. The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts, developing new business, and maintaining relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong understanding of customer service principles. Our customers would be big companies and health clinics.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
- Maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts with customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.
- Monitor competitors' activities and develop counter-strategies.
- Monitor sales performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and manage periodic sales reports and forecasts.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Strong ability in negotiation
- Experience of at least 3 years in Sales
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Analytical skills

Sunday to Thursday
