شرح شغل:
کارشناس ستادی فروش و بازاریابی در همکاران سیستم فردی است که تشخیص صحیح نیاز مشتری و ارائه راهکارهای متناسب در جهت پاسخ به نیاز مشتری به عهده اوست. کارشناس فروش همکاران سیستم فعالیت های زیر را انجام می دهد:

ویژگی‌ها و مهارت‌های مورد انتظار:
آشنایی با مفاهیم و اصول بازاریابی و فروش
توان تحلیل بازار و ارائه پیشنهادهای بهبود فروش
مهارت ارتباط موثر با مشتریان و توان مذاکره برای جذب یا نگهداشت آن‌ها
تسلط نسبی به نرم‌افزارهای Office به‌ویژه Excel و PowerPoint
دقت بالا، مسئولیت‌پذیری و روحیه تیمی
توان گزارش‌نویسی و مستندسازی فعالیت‌ها

شرایط احراز:
سابقه کار در واحدهای فروش یا بازاریابی شرکت‌های IT
آشنایی با مفاهیم خدمات نرم‌افزاری یا زیرساخت‌های فناوری اطلاعات
تجربه حضور در نمایشگاه‌ها، رویدادها یا کمپین‌های معرفی محصول

موارد زیر مزیت محسوب می‌شود:
ترجیحا دارای سابقه کار در گروه شغلی مشابه (صنایع یا فروش و بازاریابی و یا مدیریت)
ترجیحا دارای سابقه کار در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات، نرم افزار و سخت افزار
کارشناسی مدیریت، بازرگانی، کسب و کار یا کامپیوتر، فناوری اطلاعات یا مهندسی صنایع یا مالی و حسابداری
 

Job Description:
Sales and Marketing Staff Expert in System Associates is a person who is responsible for correctly diagnosing the customer's needs and providing appropriate solutions to respond to the customer's needs. The sales expert of the system associates performs the following activities:

Characteristics and skills expected:
Familiar with the concepts and principles of marketing and sales
Ability to analyze the market and provide suggestions for improving sales
Effective communication skills with customers and the ability to negotiate to attract or retain them
Relative mastery of Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
High accuracy, responsibility and team spirit
Ability to write reports and document activities Qualifying conditions: Work experience in the sales or marketing units of IT companies Familiarity with the concepts of software services or information technology infrastructure Experience in exhibitions, events or product introduction campaigns The following items are considered an advantage: Preferably with work experience in a similar job group (industry or sales and marketing or management) Preferably with work experience in the information technology, software and hardware industry Azar
