شرح شغلی: سرپرست فنی (تولید عایق حرارتی)
خلاصه موقعیت: سرپرست فنی به عنوان پل ارتباطی اصلی بین واحد طراحی مهندسی و خط تولید عمل می‌کند. مسئولیت اصلی این نقش، نظارت بر چرخه عمر محصول از مرحله اندازه‌گیری میدانی و مدل‌سازی CAD تا تولید نهایی و کنترل کیفیت است. هدف نهایی، اطمینان از انطباق کامل عایق‌ها با تجهیزات صنعتی و بهینه‌سازی مصرف انرژی است.
وظایف و مسئولیت‌های کلیدی
نظارت بر طراحی و مهندسی: هدایت تیم طراحی برای ترسیم الگوهای دو‌بعدی و سه‌بعدی پیچیده و اطمینان از لحاظ کردن المان‌های فنی و تولید در الگوها.
هماهنگی تولید: تبدیل نقشه‌های مهندسی به دستورالعمل‌های اجرایی برای بخش‌های مختلف تولید.
انتخاب مواد اولیه (Material Science): انتخاب ترکیب بهینه از مواد بر اساس دمای کاری تجهیزات.
اندازه‌گیری و بازدید میدانی: حضور در سایت‌های صنعتی برای انجام یا اطمینان از اندازه‌گیری‌های دقیق از تجهیزات با هندسه پیچیده و ارائه مشاوره فنی به مشتریان.
کنترل کیفیت (QC): پیاده‌سازی استانداردهای سختگیرانه برای اطمینان از کیفیت محصولات تولیدی
بهینه‌سازی فرآیند: تحقیق و توسعه (R&D) برای معرفی روش‌های نوین در طراحی الگوها (Nesting) و کاهش بهای تمام شده محصول.
شرایط احراز و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز
تحصیلات: کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی صنایع یا تکنولوژی نساجی.
تجربه کاری: حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار در صنایع تولیدی مرتبط (عایق‌های صنعتی، منسوجات فنی یا تجهیزات نفت و گاز)
مهارت‌های نرم‌افزاری: تسلط کامل بر AutoCAD یا SolidWorks، (آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای چیدمان الگو و برش CNC مزیت محسوب می‌شود)
مهارت ارتباطی: تسلط به زبان دوم از جمله انگلیسی، آلمانی و عربی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
ویژگی‌های شخصیتی: تفکر تحلیلی یا توانایی سازماندهی اجرایی، دقت بالا به جزئیات و توانایی مدیریت تیم‌های چند‌رشته‌ای.
محل کار: کارخانه (محدوده کهریزک)

Job Description: Technical Supervisor (Thermal Insulation Production)
Position Summary: The Technical Supervisor acts as the main communication bridge between the engineering design unit and the production line. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the product life cycle from field measurement and CAD modeling to final production and quality control. The ultimate goal is to ensure the complete compliance of insulation with industrial equipment and optimize energy consumption. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Design and Engineering Supervision: Leading the design team to draw complex 2D and 3D patterns and ensuring that technical and production elements are included in the patterns. Production Coordination: Converting engineering drawings into executive instructions for different production departments. and field visits: presence in industrial sites to perform or ensure accurate measurements of equipment with complex geometry and provide technical advice to customers. Quality control (QC): implementation of strict standards to ensure the quality of manufactured products Process optimization: research and development (R&D) to introduce new methods in designing patterns (nesting) and reducing product costs. Qualification requirements and required skills Education: Bachelor or Master in the field of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or textile technology. Work experience: at least 5 years of work experience in related manufacturing industries (industrial insulation, technical textiles, or oil and gas equipment) Software skills: full command of AutoCAD or SolidWorks, (familiarity with pattern layout and CNC cutting software is considered an advantage) Communication skills: mastery of a second language, including English, German, and Arabic is considered an advantage. Personality traits: thinking Analytical or executive organization ability, high attention to detail and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.

Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday. 8 to 16:30
