مدیر فروش | Sales Manager

ما به دنبال یک مدیر فروش با تجربه برای هدایت تیم فروش هستیم. فرد مورد نظر باید توانایی رهبری و هدایت تیم داشته باشد و بتواند استراتژی‌های فروش موثری ایجاد کند. این نقش نیازمند فردی با قابلیت ارتباطات قوی و توانایی مذاکره است.

مسئولیت‌ها:

• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش به منظور دستیابی به اهداف شرکت.
• مدیریت و هدایت تیم فروش و فراهم کردن حمایت و راهنمایی به آن‌ها.
• برقراری و حفظ روابط مثبت با مشتریان جهت افزایش رضایت و وفاداری.
• تحلیل بازار و رقبا به منظور شناسایی فرصت‌های فروش جدید.
• نظارت بر بودجه‌های فروش و پیگیری رسیدن به اهداف تعیین شده.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری قبلی به عنوان مدیر فروش یا نقش مشابه.
• مهارت‌های رهبری و توانایی هدایت تیم.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطات قوی و توانایی تعامل با مشتریان و تیم داخلی.
• توانایی مذاکره و حل مشکلات.

We are looking for an experienced sales manager to guide the sales team in Tehran. The person in question must have the ability to lead and lead the team and be able to create effective sales strategies. This role requires a person with strong communication capability and ability to negotiate.

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Managing and directing sales team and providing support and guidance to them

- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Management, Business or Business
- Previous Working Experience as Sales Manager or Similar Role
- Leadership Skills and Capability of Guiding Team
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers and internal team
- Ability to negotiate and solve problems
