Roles & Responsibilities:
- Record incoming calls and report to the superior manager.
- Receive and send emails related to work activities.
- Compile the required reports and submit them to the relevant manager.
- Receive, review, distribute, and send letters, and unit prospectuses to relevant recipients.
- Plan and coordinate the trips and missions of the superior manager.
- Follow up and manage the daily activity plan of the general manager
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or project assistant.
Project management, time management, and relationship management skills.
Analytical thinking capability.
Team player.
Energic, positive, and trustable.
Fluent in MS Office.
Fluent in Englis
