شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت یا روان‌شناسی صنعتی.
• حداقل پنج سال مدیریت منابع انسانی.
• مسلط به تمامی فرایندها و دستورالعمل‌های منابع انسانی.
• مسلط به فرآیند جذب و استخدام، آموزش، انگیزش و نگهداشت، توانمندی مشاغل، ارزیابی و مدیریت عملکرد و غیره.
• مسلط به قوانین بیمه تامین اجتماعی و اداره کار.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با مدیریت منابع انسانی.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس.
• محدوده سنی: 30 تا 45 سال.
