About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven eCRM Senior Specialist to join our AdService team at Digikala. In this role, you will own the end-to-end management of seller lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app channels. You will design and optimize personalized, data-driven communication strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and monetization—playing a key role in our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Segment customers using behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to deliver personalized experiences.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and FP&A teams to ensure campaigns support strategic growth and revenue goals.
- Build, monitor, and optimize automated seller journeys to improve retention and CLV (Customer Lifetime Value).
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign operations, ensuring deliverability, compliance, and best practices.
- Stay current with eCRM tools, marketing automation trends, and data privacy regulations.
- Act as a subject-matter expert to evangelize seller-centric communication within the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in eCRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation (ideally in tech, e-commerce, or AdTech).
- Hands-on experience with eCRM platforms (inTrack, Webengage, Insider).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and campaign improvements.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio and BI tools is a strong plus.
- Experience running A/B and multivariate testing for seller engagement.
- A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for seller engagement and retention.
