Job Position: Solo AI Builder / Full-Stack AI Engineer
The Mission
We aren’t looking for a "Developer." We are looking for a High-Agency Builder who treats AI like an extension of their own brain. Your goal is to take a concept, whether it’s a specialized ATS, a mobile app, or a custom automation engine, and move from a blank page to a deployed, functional product in days, not months.
Who You Are
- The "Super Nerd": You have a deep technical foundation but zero loyalty to specific stacks. You use whatever tool gets the job done fastest.
- Aggressively Pragmatic: You prefer a "messy" working MVP over a "perfect" piece of vaporware.
- AI-First: You are a power user of LLMs, agentic frameworks, and modern "low-code" backends. You don’t write boilerplate; you automate it.
- Lone Wolf (with Team Spirit): You can carry the weight of a whole dev team on your back, from UI design to database architecture and deployment.
The Tech Logic We Value: We don’t care if you have a CS degree. We care that you can:
- Orchestrate: Use Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and LLMs to write code at 10x speed.
- Assemble: Leverage Supabase, Firebase, or Vercel to skip the infrastructure headache.
- Bridge: Use Zapier, Make, or custom Python scripts to glue APIs together.
- Ship: Deploy mobile apps via FlutterFlow or React Native and web apps via Next.js before the weekend is over.
Why This Job Sucks (For Some People)
- There are no "requirements docs." There is a vision and a deadline.
- You won't have a team of 10 to delegate to; you are the team.
- We value utility over purity. If a "no-code" tool solves the problem in 2 hours, we don't want a "custom" solution that takes 2 weeks.
Why This Job Is Great (For You)
- Total Autonomy: You choose the stack. You choose the path.
- Zero Red Tape: No pointless stand-ups. If the code works and the user is happy, you’re winning.
- High Velocity: You will build more in three months here than most devs build in three years.
How to Apply (The Test): Don’t send a traditional resume. Instead, send us:
- A link to a project you built solo (and how long it took you).
- The "48-Hour Challenge": Tell us exactly how you would build a functional, AI-powered Resume Screening tool (ATS) from scratch if you only had 48 hours. What tools do you use? What is the first thing you deploy?
Note to User: This ad is intentionally "edgy." It’s designed to filter out people who need heavy management and attract the "Super Nerds" who thrive on speed and autonomy.
