Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and drive our digital growth across SEO, Content, Acquisition, and Retention.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and performance analysis, and is responsible for turning business objectives into scalable, measurable marketing impact.
You will lead planning, prioritization, and optimization across channels while working hands-on with specialists, agencies, and cross-functional teams (Campaign, Brand, Product, Tech).
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across SEO, Content, Paid Acquisition, and eCRM.
- Translate business goals into clear channel strategies, OKRs, and KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, Retention, Organic Growth).
- Prioritize initiatives across acquisition and retention for maximum business impact.
- Partner closely with Campaign, Product, Growth, Brand, and Tech teams to deliver integrated campaigns and experiences.
Acquisition & Growth
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Paid Media.
- Continuously improve CPA, CPI, ROAS, and conversion rates through testing and optimization.
- Explore new growth opportunities, channels, partnerships, and experiments.
SEO & Content
- Define SEO strategy (technical, on-page, content-driven growth).
- Work with content, SEO, and creative teams to drive qualified organic traffic and demand.
- Ensure content aligns with the full funnel: awareness, acquisition, and retention.
eCRM & Retention
- Own eCRM and lifecycle marketing strategy.
- Design and optimize customer journeys to improve activation, engagement, and retention.
- Leverage segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to increase LTV.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report performance across all digital channels.
- Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Own dashboards, measurement frameworks, and experimentation culture (A/B tests, funnel optimization).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles.
- Strong, hands-on expertise in:
- SEO
- Paid Acquisition (Web & App)
- Content-driven growth
- eCRM
- Proven experience improving ROI, CAC, CPI, LTV, retention, and conversion rates.
- Strong analytical mindset; confident working with GA4, Search Console, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Experience running experiments (A/B testing, CRO, funnel optimization).
- Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
