Junior Data Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our Commercial team. This role plays a key part in supporting business decisions through data collection, analysis, and visualization. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys transforming raw data into meaningful insights and is eager to grow their technical and analytical skills in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Design, document, and update Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Metabase, Power BI, or SQL.

• Prepare and deliver recurring performance reports for management review.

• Analyze trends in sales performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency to support decision-making.

Process & Performance Analysis

• Model and visualize operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support performance management by tracking key metrics and providing actionable insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data reporting with business objectives.

Data Quality & Documentation

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across systems.

• Maintain clear documentation for data sources, transformations, and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, industrial Management, Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics or MBA 

 Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

• Solid understanding of SQL for data extraction and analysis.

• Familiarity with data analytics concepts and business reporting.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of Power BI and Python for advanced data analysis.

• Understanding of process improvement and project management principles.

• Familiarity with tools such as Bizagi or other process modeling platforms.
