شرح شغل:

• تهیه و ارائه انواع نوشیدنی‌های بر پایه قهوه با کیفیت بالا.
• ارائه خدمات مشتری استثنایی و پاسخ به نیازهای مشتریان با لبخند.
• مدیریت رسیدگی به سفارش‌ها و هماهنگی با تیم برای اطمینان از اجرای روان عملیات.
• مدیریت زمان بهینه برای حفظ سرعت و کیفیت خدمات.
• شناسایی و حل مسائل عملیاتی روزمره.
• مدیریت و نظافت محیط کار و تجهیزات مربوطه.
• همکاری با تیم برای بهبود فرآیندها و تجربه مشتری.
• استفاده و نگهداری از تجهیزات قهوه‌سازی به صورت امن و بهینه.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی به منظور ارتباط موثر با مشتریان.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی وظایف.
• مهارت‌های حل مسئله و توانایی فکر کردن به صورت خلاقانه.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباط به صورت روشن و اثربخش.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزار سپیدز در مدیریت عملیات روزمره.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 

As a barista at 'Gelato House', you will be responsible for providing customers with a unique coffee experience. You will join a team of professionals who work in a dynamic environment and strive to maintain and improve quality and service standards.

- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customers' needs with a smile.
- Manage order processing and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations. Speed and quality of service.
- Identifying and solving operational issues Everyday.
- Managing and cleaning the work environment and related equipment
- Working with the team to improve processes and customer experience
- Using and maintaining coffee equipment safely and optimally.

Competencies:
- Proficiency in English in order to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Skills Problem solving and thinking ability Creative.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with Speedz software in managing daily operations.
- Related work experience as a barista for at least 5 years
