We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community across various social media platforms. Your main responsibilities will include creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, and driving engagement through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to boost Homebook’s online presence and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, and written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating website traffic.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Cooperate in other marketing activities to manage brand reputation and increase reach.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in our market.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and potential new strategies to keep us ahead.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in social media marketing.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience with social analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
