مسئولیتها
• طراحی و راهاندازی سیستم تولید محتوای ویدئویی انبوه
• تعریف و اجرای تقویم محتوایی مقیاسپذیر
• مدیریت فرآیندهای سناریونویسی، ضبط، تدوین و آرشیو محتوا
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم مارکتینگ و برند
• تحلیل عملکرد محتوا و بهینهسازی بر اساس KPI
• اجرای عملی تولید محتوا در فاز اولیه تا تکمیل تیم

شرایط احراز
• تسلط کامل به فیلمبرداری و تدوین ویدئو (Short & Long Form)
• سابقه حرفهای در تولید محتوای ویدئویی انبوه (نمونهکار الزامی)
• درک عمیق از برند، مخاطب و الگوریتم شبکههای اجتماعی
• توانایی کار با KPI، داده و خروجی قابل اندازهگیری
• نظم کاری بالا و تعهد به تحویل بهموقع
• داشتن تجهیزات فیلمبرداری مزیت محسوب میشود

Position description
Clinic Iran Novin invites professional and result-oriented people to create and manage a mass video content production system for the development and scaling of brand video content production.
This position is not a "content producer"; Responsible for designing, implementing and optimizing the content production system.

Responsibilities
• Designing and launching mass video content production system
• Defining and implementing a scalable content calendar
• Managing the processes of scenario writing, recording, editing and archiving content
• Close cooperation with the marketing and brand team
• Content performance analysis and optimization based on KPI
• Practical implementation of content production in the initial phase until completion Team

Qualification conditions
• Complete mastery of filming and video editing (Short & Long Form)
• Professional experience in mass video content production (mandatory work sample)
• Deep understanding of brand, audience and social network algorithm
• Ability to work with KPI, measurable data and output
• High work discipline and commitment to timely delivery
